Purple Mashed Potatoes
- 6 large potatoes
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp SuperSprout Beetroot powder
Serving suggestion: cook meat and vegetables to taste
Peel potatoes, chop roughly and boil in salted water until soft. Take off the heat and drain. Return to pot adding butter and milk and mash adding more liquid if needed, to desired consistency (cream, skim milk or yoghurt may be substituted for milk).
Season to taste and add beetroot powder.
