Returns Policy

Information regarding our returns policy

Super Sprout™ will happily accept returns if an error with your order has been made (less postage and handling costs).

Proof of purchase is required, and items will only be accepted if in original and fully sealed condition.

This policy applies for all returns, exchanges and refunds.

All returns, exchanges and refunds may be received within 14 days from the date of purchase. Outside this timeframe, returns, exchanges and refunds will not be processed.

We cannot accept returns if you simply change your mind.

Fulfillment Center: 1651 California Avenue, Redlands, CA, 92374

If a refund is requested, a return of funds may be credited to credit cards or via Paypal or method used to make payment.
Alternatively, a credit may be applied to your account for use at your next purchase through SuperSprout.co

Should your parcel be returned to us as a result of an inability to be delivered, a new postage and handling fee will be charged to enable re-delivery.
